 The installation of the new fire alarm system at 14 Beacon Street is nearly complete and I wanted to let you know how much we have enjoyed working with J. & M. Brown Company and your staff.  Everyone was so courteous and accommodating.

 As you know, any time you do a project as big as this one there are bound to be numerous problems of every variety.  I’m very happy to say, however, that was not the case this time with your company. Paul Nigro did an absolutely outstanding job balancing the needs of our tenants while keeping the job moving along on schedule.  There were access issues with one of our tenants and Paul handled that situation so well…the work was completed without much notice.

Wagner-Weber Associates, Inc. was engaged by Scholastic Inc. to design a voice and data cable plant for their two new office spaces built at The Arsenal on the Charles office complex in Watertown. As part of a competitive bid process, Spectrum was awarded the job.

The implementation team Spectrum assigned to the project displayed a professional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and blended seamlessly with the various trades and client contacts that were onsite during the job.  As with many projects, Randy Silva and his team were confronted with a number of changes and modifications and always reacted in a timely and efficient manner with no impact to project deadlines and deliverables.

Our company has been in business over 20 years and we have worked on installations across the country, and we were particularly impressed with the extraordinary efforts made by Randy Silva and the Spectrum team to make this project successful.  The next time we have a project to be done in the Boston area, we will not hesitate to place the first call to Randy and Spectrum.
