The 590,000 gsf development includes a luxury 288-room hotel, 100 condominiums, retail and a 67,000 square foot below-grade garage. The luxury hotel also includes function rooms, restaurants, and a health club with a swimming pool. Sensitive Back Bay infill required unusual anticipation of problems on site during excavation and foundation work. Interior work involved complex scheduling due to the variety of spaces on each floor.
